NPORS. Sideloader Lift Truck

Who is this course for?

The course is suitable for novice operators, experienced operators requiring additional training, and experienced workers undertaking assessment only to gain certification.

• Pre-use checks and equipment inspection
• Understanding lift truck controls and functions
• Safe driving and manoeuvring practices
• Safe load handling techniques
• Correct positioning and movement of loads
• Recognising hazards associated with lift truck operations

• Applying appropriate workplace safety procedures
• Demonstrating safe and competent practical operation

Teaching and Assessment

Novice operators receive five days of training, while experienced operators receive three days of training. Experienced workers can undertake a ½-day assessment-only route with no formal training.

What you get once complete.

On successful completion, delegates will receive the NPORS N006 Sideloader Lift Truck qualification.
