NPORS Excavator 180 (N201)

Course Aims

To deliver comprehensive practical and theoretical training for Excavator 180, ensuring candidates can perform their duties competently and safely, and successfully pass the NPORS Theory and Practical Tests.

This course is available for anyone with limited or no experience on a Excavator 180, experienced workers will be able to sit a one day Experience Workers Assessment (Test Only)

• Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998
• Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
• Other current relevant regulations
• Introduction to machine
• Pre-shift inspections
• Controls and instruments
• Coolant, fuel and lubricating systems
• Trenching, back-filling, leveling and marking out
• Excavating deep and shallow excavation
• Explanation of attachments

Duration of the course depends on experience level of candidates attending

Qualifications you gain

Traditional NPORS Card or CSCS Logo Card.
